BlueprintCommerce LLC ("we", "us" or "our") operates the blueprintplanners.com website (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

- First name and last name (for billing)

- Postal address, ZIP/Postal code, City, Country (for tax compliance and fraud detection by Stripe)
- Cookies and Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
3. Use of Data
BlueprintCommerce LLC uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service
- To deliver digital PDF files to your email address in an automated manner
- To notify you about changes to our Service
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
- To provide customer support
- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service
- To monitor the usage of our Service
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
- To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), BlueprintCommerce LLC's legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.
We may process your Personal Data because:
- We need to perform a contract with you (example: the purchase of your digital planner)
- You have given us permission to do so (clear consent)
- The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights
- For payment processing (legal and accounting compliance)

5. Retention of Data
BlueprintCommerce LLC will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
For example, we will retain evidence of monetary transactions via Stripe for a minimum of 7 to 10 years depending on e-commerce tax obligations in the US and the EU.
6. Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there.
BlueprintCommerce LLC will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
7. Disclosure of Data: Legal Requirements
Under certain circumstances, BlueprintCommerce LLC may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
8. Security of Data
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data (use of HTTPS protocol, no storage of credit card numbers in our own databases), we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Your payments are secured by Stripe, which undergoes strict Level 1 PCI-DSS audits every year.
9. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
The Customer always has the right:
- Right of access: the right to request a copy of the information we have about you.
- Right of rectification: the right to have inaccurate information corrected.
- Right to erasure: the right to request the deletion of your personal data (right to be forgotten).
- Right to restriction of processing: the right to block or suppress the processing of your Personal Data.
- Right to data portability: the right to request that your data be provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
- Right to object: including the right to object to direct marketing.
Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests to protect your data from fraudulent access.
10. Service Providers & Stripe Disclosure
We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
- Stripe, Inc. (Payment Processor): We use Stripe to process all payments securely. When you make a purchase, your name, email address, billing address, phone number, and payment method details are collected and processed by Stripe. Stripe acts as an independent data controller for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes. Stripe may collect data entered into the checkout form even if the purchase is not completed, solely for fraud detection purposes. BlueprintCommerce LLC and Stripe have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to ensure GDPR-compliant data handling. You can review Stripe's own Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
- Google Fonts: We use Google Fonts to display typography. Google Fonts does not set persistent tracking cookies for marketing purposes. Fonts are loaded via CDN from Google's servers.
- Email Delivery Service: For sending your purchase confirmation and digital download link after a successful transaction.
For US residents: Under applicable state privacy laws (including CCPA), you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal data. We do not sell personal data. Data shared with Stripe is for payment processing only and is governed by Stripe's own privacy obligations.
